Delivery

There are two shipping options available within the UK.  

 Tracked - Usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days.

 Express - Usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days.

Please note: Shipping is unavailable to businesses in Northern Ireland due to customs requirements.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail Tracked. You will be sent an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that high value orders and orders containing age restricted items may require a signature upon delivery.

Postage and packing costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and the postcode provided. The grids below show costs for the three separate shipping zones.

Zone 1

England, Wales and parts of Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands). Zone 1 is made up of all UK postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.

Zone 2

Areas of Scotland – postcodes: AB, FK, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Zone 3

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25

 Flammable Products

Delivery for flammable products is restricted to a road only courier service within the UK mainland (delivery is not available to highlands & Islands).

 Direct Delivery

Heavy/specialist products that are marked as direct delivery are dispatched directly from the distributor.

Items dispatched from the UK distributor are usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days.

Workbenches are dispatched from the EU distributor and are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days.

 Heavy Items

Orders that contain items over 30kg may be sent via a palletised or kerbside delivery service. The driver will attempt to deliver as close as possible to the premises. Please note: the delivery driver may require assistance unloading.
