Our Beber carving knives are of a traditional pattern featuring a high quality Sheffield steel blade that has been finely ground and polished to a keen edge. The handles are from top quality Rosewood that is nicely finished and waxed.

The Beber skew knife is designed to perform vertical cuts in areas difficult to access with a standard carving knife, the knife features a double riveted Rosewood handle.
