Carving Blanks

Carving blanks processed by us are cut rectangular and sanded on both faces. Sanding the blanks ensures that our quality is second to none, as any faults are made easily visible.  It also produces a flat, stable surface to start work on.

Supplied in 254mm (10”) to 610mm (24”) lengths - the width of each carving blank is half the length. Thicknesses range from 25mm (1”) to 102mm (4”). The grain of the timber runs along the length of each blank.
