Colour: Heartwood is red to brown with lighter red to
purple veining. Sapwood is off white.
Grain: Interlocked.
Other Info: Also known as African Rosewood. Turns
reasonably well and takes an excellent finish. A very stable
wood commonly used for cabinet making.
