We ship within the UK
(England, Wales, Scotland, Offshore Islands and Northern
Ireland).
There are two shipping options
available:
Standard - This service is
normally delivered within 1 - 5 working days.
Express - This service is
much quicker, more reliable and is normally delivered within 1 -
2 working days.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within one working day.
You will be sent an e-mail as soon as your order has been
dispatched.
Please note that all Special
Delivery and Parcelforce packages require a signature upon
delivery.
Postage and packing costs are
calculated automatically. The cost depends on the weight of your
order and how you would like it sent.
Due
to circumstances beyond our control, packages are sometimes lost
in the post. We obtain "Proof of Postage" certificates
for every package we send, therefore we cannot be held
responsible for any such loss. We recommend that customers
select Express Delivery whenever possible, so that they can
claim compensation in the event of a package going missing or
getting damaged during transit.
