Ordering Process
After you have placed your order
you will receive an automatic confirmation E-mail. Once payment
has been processed, we aim to dispatch your order within one
working day. You will receive an E-mail when your order has been
dispatched. An invoice/receipt will be sent with your order.
Payment
All of our credit and debit card
payments are processed using Worldpay. This means that you can
pay securely using a wide range of credit and debit cards
including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa
Electron and Visa Delta.
Alternatively you can pay via
Cheque or Postal Order. All orders will be dispatched as soon as
payment has cleared.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you
are unhappy with your order we can only offer a
refund if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (e-mail:
orders@ockenden-timber.co.uk).
All items must be returned in their original packaging and be in
a saleable condition. Please note that all shipping charges are
non-refundable.
In the
highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be
faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will
refund the cost of sending the item back to us, but you must
send it using the method we specify.
All returns for unwanted or
damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by us before you send
them back.
