We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you want to return an item please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and quote your order number. All returns must be authorised by us before you send them back. We recommend that items are returned via the Royal Mail using a tracked/signed for delivery service. All items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
If an item is no longer wanted we can only offer a refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Please note that shipping costs for unwanted items are non-refundable. Refunds for unwanted goods may be subject to a refund/restocking fee.
If an item is found to be faulty within 30 days of receiving your order we will offer either a refund, repair or replacement. If an item develops a fault after 30 days please contact us for warranty information.
Damaged In Transit
Please notify us as soon as possible of any items damaged in transit and within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer either a replacement or refund and arrange a collection if necessary.
If we have dispatched an incorrect item please notify us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a collection if necessary and either send out the correct item or issue a refund.
