In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order we can only offer a refund if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (e-mail: email@example.com). All items must be returned in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us, but you must send it using the method we specify.
All returns for unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by us before you send them back.
All refunds may be subject to a Refund/Restocking fee of up to 10%.
