A: Unfortunately due to machining costs and timber wastage we do not offer to cut timber to specific dimensions.
Q: Will you dispatch/deliver my order on a specific day or time?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however we cannot offer to dispatch or deliver orders on specific dates/times.
Q: Do you offer a printed catalogue?
A: As a result of high production costs and products/prices constantly changing we do not produce a printed catalogue.
Q: Can I collect my order from your Woodyard & Shop?
A: To offer an efficient online service our website stocks are dispatched from a separate location. If you would like to reserve an item/items for collection please phone our shop on the day of your visit.
Q: Would you like to purchase a tree that has fallen down/been felled in my garden?
A: Unfortunately due to the handling costs and effort involved we do not purchase small amounts of timber.
