Q: I need a specific size of timber that is not listed on the website, can you cut timber to my requirements?

A: Unfortunately due to machining costs and timber wastage we do not offer to cut timber to specific dimensions.

 

Q: Will you dispatch/deliver my order on a specific day or time?

A: We are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on specific dates/times. Small orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders (excluding heavy machinery) are sent via Parcelforce Select - this service allows you to change the delivery day or address if it's not convenient.

 

 

Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?

A: Once your order is submitted it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled or amended.

 

 

Q: Do you have a showroom or shop I can visit?

A: Since January 2018 we are trading online only. All items can now be purchsed via our website at competive prices. If you have any questions on a specific product please don't hesitate to email us.

 

Q: Would you like to purchase a tree that has fallen down/been felled in my garden?

A: Unfortunately due to the handling costs and effort involved we do not purchase small amounts of timber.
